Anti-Inflammation Eating

In a personal and often debilitating struggle dealing with uterine fibroids for years, I was forced in January 2020 to start a diet that consisted of foods that were considered anti-inflammatory. This also meant I had to avoid the following: all animal products, sugar, wheat, soy, caffeine, alcohol and other specific foods.  Check out some of my dishes prepared during this time.
